Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai is an esteemed institution in the field of chemical science and technology. The institute offers a wide range of courses at four academic levels namely undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral (Ph.D), and a five-year integrated master's programme. Furthermore, ICT Mumbai UG admissions are entirely based on merit through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. The ICT Mumbai undergraduate courses are meant to build a robust understanding of basic ideas and concepts in the students. The Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, offers three different kinds of UG programmes, namely B.Tech, B.Pharma, and BE courses. B.Tech. courses are available in seven different branches.

Candidates securing qualifying scores in MHT CET/JEE Main have to register for participating in the counselling conducted by DTE Mumbai.
Based on the marks secured in the entrance examination candidates will be allotted seats.
It is to be noted that 70% of the total seats are offered based on MHT CET scores and 30% of seats are offered based on the scores of JEE Main.
Subsequent to the seat allotment, candidates have to submit the ICT Mumbai fees and get the document verified.
The pharmaceutical sciences and technology department at ICT, Mumbai offers a full-time course in Bachelor of Pharmacy of four years. It has been approved by AICTE. The course selection procedure is based on the MH-CET examination, and 100% of seats are reserved for the State of Maharashtra.

The selection criteria for the two-year Masters in Technology (M.Tech) degree require the candidates to have completed their graduation/Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent valid exam for a four-year degree. Another requirement is to pass the GAT-B exam. Moreover, the M.Tech. programmes are available in 14 specialisations. The Masters in Chemical Engineering course is a prestigious two-year programme by ICT Mumbai. The course is suited for graduates who wish to pursue a career in the field of chemical engineering. ICT Mumbai admission process for this course includes GATE/GPAT score and a bachelor’s degree in select courses.
