Questions related to CUET
hi there, my name is Kapil Im a SC candidate,,, when I was in 9th class i dont have SC certificate till 12th pass.. thats time I filled the general category,,, now I passed 12th with general category,,, after 12th can i use my sc certificate for fill CUCET OR any entrence exam or not ?
Hi kapil
It is completely okay even if you had chosen general as your category till your class 12th, you can still choose Sc as your category while filling the form of class CUET or any other entrance examination or anywhere else too
This is because
For Reserve categories like SC ,ST ,OBC , EWS it completely depends upon the candidates whether they want to avail reservation or not
If one doesn't want to avail reservation then can simply choose their category as General.
But now that you want to take the benefit of SC category in entrance examinations, yes you can definitely choose your category as SC provided you have a valid Sc category certificate as it will be verified.
